Town: a charming community in the Devonian Dartmoor National Park's northernmost point. Although Chagford, one of Dartmoor's five Stannary towns, is compact, it is stuffed with conveniences and things to do. There are four taverns and a variety of stores. A public tennis court and a seasonally open-air swimming pool are among the more active amenities that Chagford offers. The Three Crowns Hotel, which dates back to the 1200s, is located in this town with a rich history. The town of Chagford is highly recognised for its cultural events, including the annual Two Hills Run and festivals of literature, music, and film. For a different kind of getaway, Exeter, a lively, gorgeous city, is only a little over 21 miles away and is definitely worth a visit. Okehampton, a quaint and lovely town, is about 12 miles away.
Located in Exeter, this apartment is in a rural area. Arts & Craft Chapel and Museum of Dartmoor Life are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Stone Lane Gardens and Higher Knowle. House of Marbles and Trago Family Fun Park are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with rock climbing, hiking, and cycling.
