The town of Kingsbridge has all amenities, just twenty five minutes away, and the historic town of Dartmouth can be reached along the coastal road, where a good selection of shops and galleries along with eateries await you. Popular Salcombe can be reached via the foot ferry from East Portlemouth or by road forty minutes away. The beautiful beaches of Slapton Sands, Millbay and East Portlemouth are all just twenty minutes away, and keen walkers can enjoy a trip to Dartmoor.
