34 Dart Marina is a roomy and contemporary second-floor apartment in Dartmouth, Devon, with a balcony enjoying the beautiful views of the River Dart. 34 Dart Marina is the ideal location for a fabulous getaway in Devon for two couples or a family of four, since it not only has wonderful views but is also close to many of South Devon's attractions and landmarks. A broad staircase or wide lift leads directly to the property, which has its own parking spot as well as additional guest parking and is only a short walk from the town centre. The apartment features a spacious entry hall, with a convenient coat cupboard, that leads to a fantastic living/dining area with bi-fold doors that open onto a balcony with wonderful river views. The living/dining area features contemporary furnishings such as sleek seating, feature fireplace, along with a Smart TV; the perfect place for unwinding after a day of sightseeing! A circular wood table adequately sits four people, but can easily be expanded to seat six people if you want to have company. The fabulous kitchen is adjacent and also has river views, as well as white Poggenpohl units and a variety of appliances such as a handy washer/dryer and a Bosch Tassimo coffee maker (requiring Tassimo coffee pods). In the evening, retire to the master suite, which features a top-of-the-line Hypnos super-king-size zip/linked bed with summer and winter duvets depending on the season, built-in storage, and its own Smart TV. The completely tiled en-suite bathroom features both a bath and a separate walk-in shower cubicle, giving you plenty of options for getting ready for the day ahead! The second bedroom is close by and has the same Hypnos super-king-size zip/linked bed as the master, as well as its own Smart TV. The bedrooms boast Egyptian cotton linen and towels, whilst tea towels and oven gloves are provided. Just across the hallway is a superb bathroom with a bath and shower over. Dartmouth benefits from spectacular coastal walks and beautiful nearby beaches alongside the buzz of the vibrant town centre, which is filled with pretty ancient narrow walkways, boutique shops, art galleries, a huge selection of delicatessens, cafés, bars and restaurants; it is equally appealing in the winter as it is in the summer. Dartmouth stages events such as the Music Festival in May, the Regatta in August, the Food Festival in October and Candlelit Dartmouth in December, whilst the Flavel (Arts) Centre has an ever-changing programme of live events and cinema. The River Dart can also be explored by taking a steamboat trip to the mouth of the river or by taking a ferry upstream to Dittisham or Greenway, Agatha Christie’s summer residence. For golf lovers, the Dartmouth Hotel Golf and Spa is close by and features an 18 hole Championship Golf Course (Tee times and spa treatments can be booked directly with the hotel - membership isn’t required). There's much more to see and do in the surrounding region, including the wonderful towns of Paignton, Blackpool Sands, and Brixham, where plenty of activities wait! Treat your loved ones to an amazing stay at 34 Dart Marina.
