Take a walk down the narrow streets of this unique fishing village and you will discover an array of independent craft shops and tearooms. Enjoy a fishing trip or go crabbing off the quay. In the summer season, you can take a foot ferry across the water to Instow which offers a beautiful sandy beach. Nearby, you can take a bike ride on the Tarka Trail which has 180 miles of off road cycling, perfect for admiring the North Devon countryside. Only 2.5 miles away is the seaside village of Westward Ho!, one of the area's most popular surfing beaches with a large expanse of sandy beach it s the perfect place to take a picnic and spend the day building sandcastles or catching a wave. This well equipped apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner enjoys a southerly aspect towards the estuary and rolling countryside. Sit and relax on the comfortable sofas and admire the sunsets or watch a favourite movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you need to cook up a lovely breakfast while you are planning your day's adventure. There is an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a Delonghi coffee machine. The washer/dryer is housed in a separate utility cupboard. There is also a separate WC in the hallway. There are two bedrooms, both with en suite showers and a WC. One of the bedrooms has a super king zip and link bed (which can be made up into a twin on request) and the other bedroom has a king size bed. There is no outside space, but there are public benches a stone's throw away where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views, or perhaps you d like to visit one of the many nearby pub gardens. There is plenty of roadside parking (subject to availability) or there is a public car park where you can buy parking permits.
