This property is located a short drive from the village of North Molton, where there is a handy village shop, and a welcoming pub. Walkers, cyclists, and horse riders are all well catered for one Exmoor, with its miles of scenic paths which lead right up to the coast and across into Somerset. For a change of scenery, visitors might like to spend some time at one of the many family friendly beaches that are around a forty five minute drive of the property, including Croyde, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Minehead. Other attractions in the area include Exmoor Zoo, the National Trust property at Arlington Court, and Combe Martin Wildlife Park. Guests will love this charmingly converted stone barn, which offers comfortable accommodation, ideal for a family. The front door opens directly into the spacious lounge, where deep sofas provide a relaxing place for guests to sit back and enjoy the TV/DVD. An archway from here leads to the country style kitchen/diner with its beamed sloping ceiling, dining table, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Stairs from the lounge, lead to the first floor bedrooms. The first of these is a restful double room with its own TV, whilst the second is an attractive bunk bedroom. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is a garden which is accessed through the kitchen, which offers a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, which gives way to a lawned area, where guests are able to set up sun loungers and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A games room offers a fun place to spend time, and makes a great place for teenagers to escape to. This room also has a freezer. There is ample off road parking available.
