ILFRACOMBE CHEYNE BEACH VILLA OVERVIEW
A contemporary apartment in Ilfracombe with superb sea views and a large balcony overlooking the ocean and rugged coastline. The accommodation sleeps 4 people and is located on the northern edge of the harbour above Cheyne Beach. You will be within easy walking distance of the historic harbour area and all the surrounding cafés, restaurants and pubs. Marvel at Damien Hirst's Verity statue, walk the stunning coast path or take a boat trip along the coast aboard the Ilfracombe Princess. Ilfracombe has plenty to do including an aquarium, museum, chocolate emporium, independent shops, kayaking and paddle boarding.
Jump in the car and a short drive will take you to Exmoor National Park, Lynton, Lynmouth and the beaches at Croyde, Saunton, Putsborough and Woolacombe.

Bedroom 1: A bright sunny double bedroom with storage furniture and an en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2: A narrow bedroom with a single bed and a second pull-out single bed beneath. There is storage space for clothes and a desk.
A travel cot is available.

OUTDOORS
Double doors lead from the living area onto a superb balcony with panoramic views over the ocean. A wonderful spot to sit and gaze out to sea. Relax on sun loungers and soak up the sunshine or sip sundowners while the sun sets.
There is no allocated parking space but there is on-street parking available nearby and numerous car parks in town within easy walking distance.

WALK TO - Ilfracombe harbour with its bustling seaside atmosphere and delightful treats on offer including cream teas, pub lunches, ice creams and of course excellent fish & chips! This property is ideal for the active with many delightful walks to, in and around the Ilfracombe area. Visit the Tunnels Beaches, hand carved in the 1820s and steeped in Victorian history. Take a walk along the coastal footpaths and admire the rugged scenery. Be sure to visit the impressive bronze ‘Verity’ sculpture, which stands 20 metres tall, created by the world famous artist Damien Hirst who also has a lovely cafe and restaurant on the harbour front. Eat at a Michelin starred restaurant, The Olive Room. Enjoy a visit to the theatre or one of the many galleries. There is so much to do in Ilfacombe, or take time to travel just a few miles further afield to one of the stunning surf beaches at Croyde or Saunton.Walk to Combe Martin for a pub lunch, or to the beautiful natural harbour at Watermouth. Or jump on the Ilfracombe Princess boat for a scenic view of the coastline.
CYCLE TO - Ilfracombe and its surrounding areas on the Tarka Trail - National Cycle Network, Devon Coast Route 27. This is a wonderfully scenic circular route on the North Devon coast with a link that allows a start and finish in Ilfracombe and takes in two superb traffic free sections, the National Trust coast route and the former railway path from Ilfracombe to Willingcott Cross. The remainder is along attractive minor roads through quiet villages and rolling Devon farmland. Boat trips run regularly from Ilfracombe harbour and include wildlife cruises around the bay and trips to Lundy Island. Visit Ilfracombe Aquarium, the unique Tunnels Beaches, fascinating Ilfracombe Museum, Larkstone Leisure Park, Hele Cornmill and Chambercombe Manor, one of Britain's most haunted houses.
DRIVE TO - Combe Martin, Woolacombe, Lynton, Lynmouth, the Valley of the Rocks, the choice is endless!
