Situated within the grounds of the owner s farmstead, this property enjoys a rural setting surrounded by wildlife and resident animals, which include a pony, ducks and chickens. The North Cornwall coast is just a stone s throw away and boasts excellent sandy beaches, cliff top walks and spectacular scenery. Jump in the car for 20 minutes and you ll reach popular Bude, ideal for surfing, bathing and eating out. Other popular attractions are within easy reach, such as Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor, Clovelly, Boscastle, Appledore and Padstow. Two golf courses are situated close by, one in Bude and the other in Holsworthy. Inside, this open plan cabin boasts vaulted ceilings with whitewashed exposed beams and ceiling trusses, wooden flooring and plenty of colourful knick knacks. In the kitchen area, you will find an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Dine at the round table that sits beside the patio doors, before retreating to the cosy lounge area to unwind on one of the sofas and watch the Smart TV or listen to the radio. There are two equally sized double bedrooms in the cabin, each displaying stylish décor and antique furniture. The bedrooms share a shower room with WC. The kitchen opens out through patio doors onto a charming decked area, which is partially covered to offer al fresco dining with rural views come rain or shine. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the pergola area, with beautiful and fragrant seasonal climbing roses.
