A pretty seaside cottage, one of three cottages, set in a quiet small Mews, tucked away off the Fore Street, situated in the heart of this popular town of Seaton between the coastal towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. Just a 2 minute level walk to the lovely beach with mile long Esplanade. Accommodation: Entrance Hall with coat rack.

Location and Area: Mulberry Cottage, is approached via a wrought iron gate from the Fore Street, into a paved area, leading to the three cottages.
Just a 2 minute level walk to the lovely beach with mile long Esplanade, a little further to the picturesque harbour and golf course. A variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes are all on the doorstep. The Jurassic Coast Centre, the Tramway and the Seaton Wetlands, made up of 4 Local Nature reserves are all a couple of minutes’ walk.
An ideal location for walkers with the stunning coastal footpaths along the Jurassic Coast over the cliff tops to the pretty fishing village of Beer with Quarry Caves and Pecorama model railway/pleasure gardens.
Branscombe one of the longest villages in the country, is positioned in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the famous 700-year-old award winning Mason’s Arms Inn. In the village there are the National Trust Old Bakery Tea Rooms, Mill, museum, working forge and second traditional inn ‘The Fountain Head’ serving good food and local brews.
The famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston, near Sidmouth is nearby. Lyme Regis, known, as ‘The Pearl of Dorset’ famous for fossil hunting is a 15-minute drive.
A little further onto Charmouth with the Heritage Coast Centre, offering fossil hunting walks, rock pool rambles and special marine events.
The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ‘River Cottage Canteen’, shops and weekly street market is a 15-minute drive away.
An ideal, most convenient and relaxing holiday retreat by the sea for exploring the delights of this pretty area, throughout the year.

This vacation home is located in Seaton. The Gateway Theatre and Lyme Regis Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Seaton Jurassic and Pecorama. The Donkey Sanctuary and Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium are also worth visiting.
