Oak Tree is a lovely lakeside lodge on a 40 acre estate in leafy mid Devon. Hosting two bedrooms: one double and one twin, able to sleep a total of four guests and served by a family shower room. It offers an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has an enclosed decking area with furniture, shared on-site laundry facilities and off-road parking. On site there is much to do for all with excellent facilities including 7 fishing lakes, a children's play park, animals, a large club house with shop, bar and restaurant. Oak Tree is a wonderful choice for a family break to rural Devon.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking.. Decking area with furniture. A charcoal barbecue is available for use from reception. Shared use of laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers (coin operated), fishing lake, games room and children's play area. Fishing £25 per person per week. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and restaurant on-site. Note: There are a number of lakes at this property, children should be supervised. Note: A Tramper All Terrain mobility scooter available to hire. Wheelchair friendly access to three lakes plus an accessible children’s play area. Please note that the roads and paths on site are gravelled.
