Guests are welcome to roam the fields and observe farming activities or enjoy the delightful cross-country walk through to the superb beaches of Croyde or Putsborough. Situated on the outskirts of Georgeham and therefore within half a mile of both Croyde and Georgeham villages, which offer a choice of character pubs, restaurants, shops, an indoor leisure pool and excellent riding stables. The championship golf course at Saunton is also within a short, scenic drive.
Accommodation is cosy and compact with simple, yet comfortable furnishings, and pine panelled ceilings throughout. Attractive 2'6" twin bedded room (beds may be placed together). Newly fitted shower room/wc. Comfortable living/dining room with combination TV/DVD, double bedsettee, hillside views and newly fitted kitchen area off with elec cooker, microwave and spin dryer. Children's swing, slide and climbing frame in adjoining field. Long 'colonial' style covered verandah (ideal for surfboards) and adjoining, fully enclosed private patio area to enjoy the country views, with garden furniture and barbecue available. Ample parking in adjacent farmyard.
