Nearby attractions within 22 miles include the historic naval city of Plymouth, Woodlands Adventure Park, Paignton Zoo, Dartmouth Steam Railway, Torre Abbey, and various National Trust properties.

Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by an entrance hall leading to a ground floor shower room with a WC. The lovely kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area. Two beautiful ground floor bedrooms, a super king size zip and link bed (which can be converted into twin beds) with a single bed, and a twin room, are located at the rear of the property. Moving upstairs, guests will find an open plan lounge/diner with original beams and a mezzanine area offering countryside views. The lounge features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a wood burner for cozy evenings. Another shower room with WC and a small utility area with a washing machine and drying area are also located on this floor.

Outside, there is a small enclosed garden with seating and a fire pit, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying the sun. A lovely lawned area is ideal for children to play or for guests with dogs. Off-road parking for two cars is available at the side of the property. Guests can explore designated areas of the farm to see poultry, peacocks, and pigs, adding to the rural charm of this delightful property in the heart of Devon.
