Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft single beds (can be made up as a 6ft super king bed upon request at the time of booking)

Bedroom 3 with 3ft single bed, pull out raised 3ft truckle bed (can be set up as twins or a 6ft super king size bed upon request at the time of booking) and spiral staircase leading to top floor snug.

Second Floor Snug room with work station overlooking the Boat Float, bookshelf and 2 x large bean bags and a wall-mounted TV.

There is a balcony along the front and side of the property, overlooking both the river and the Boat Float.
Parking
There is a private parking space available for one vehicle approximately 3/4 minutes walk away.
Unrestricted free on-street parking is available along North and South Embankment and many parts of the town from 1st October to 30th April.
There is also limited free parking at Market Square/Market Street (not on Tuesday or Thursday market days) or across town on Mount Boone. Furthermore, there is the Dartmouth Park and Ride or paid parking available at the Mayor's Avenue car park.
