Tawny Cottage is a three bedroom barn conversion situated in a rural farm setting just outside of the beautiful riverside town of Dartmouth.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and Jack and Jill bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet (leading to hallway).
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
First Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: With wood burner and Smart TV.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Open front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. BBQ area (shared with other properties). 1 pet welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Please keep dogs off beds and furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Woodbury Farm, Tawny Cottage boasts both character and contemporary aspects. Based in a rural setting on the owner’s farm, the surroundings give guests the feeling of peace and space while still being just a stone’s throw from the main town of Dartmouth itself. At the front of the property is a garden area with a lawn and patio with seating, making this a great place to enjoy looking out across the rolling nearby fields with a morning coffee or a late-night glass of wine.
Wildlife paddock, see if you can spot a deer (they are frequent visitors). Upon entering the property on the ground floor are the three bedrooms. One bedroom contains twin single beds, another with a kingsize bed with its own en-suite shower room, and the final bedroom again contains a kingsize bed with access to the main bathroom from the bedroom and the hallway. Upstairs then leads to the large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with high vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light, this space feels spacious, bright and airy. Here the kitchen is fully equipped, just next to the dining area with table and chair seating and a cosy wood burner in the living space with Smart TV and sofa seating.
The main town of Dartmouth is just a 10-minute drive away, as are the local supermarkets and petrol stations, just a 5-minute drive in the same direction. The popular Dartmouth golf club is only an 8-minute drive in the opposite direction, as is the family fun adventure park, Woodlands. Guests wanting to venture further afield can take the ferry from Dartmouth into Kingswear and onto the famous fishing town of Brixham, or alternatively drive into the market town of Totnes and explore the rest of the South Hams
Beautiful local beaches include Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands which stretches for three miles along the coast, part of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Away from the coast take a trip to the wild beauty of Dartmoor, 40 minutes’ drive away. Regardless of the nature of your visit, Woodbury Farm, Tawny Cottage is a fantastic place to start.
