Although the contemporary and comfortable accommodation is actually on the third floor of the building, the apartment has its own street level entrance and no internal stairs to negotiate.
The apartment offers three bedrooms, on en-suite, and a family bathroom. It has a bright and airy lounge/diner with a Smart TV, sea views and French doors so you can let the sea air in. The spacious modern kitchen has the usual expected appliances plus a breakfast bar. There’s also a very handy and spacious entrance hall where you can store all your holiday and beach essentials, and where you’ll find the washing machine. Outside, directly opposite the apartment is one allocated parking space.
2TheVilla is within walking distance of the local beaches and harbour/port which dates back to at least the 12th Century, with quality ice cream shops, fish & chip shop and various craft shops and art galleries to enjoy; Damien Hirst’s Verity statue is a must see.
The surrounding area has many attractions waiting to be discovered such as Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Hillsborough & Rapperee Cove, The Torrs, Watermouth Bay & the South West Coast Path. Then there’s the lovely Fuchsia Valley, and for the family, Watermouth Castle & Theme Park. Why not take a trip to Lundy Island or enjoy coastal cruises, fishing, sea-life safaris and diving which are all available locally? Or take a trip on the Ilfracombe Princess and see seals, porpoises and sea birds nesting on the cliffs. Try your hand at sea fishing or take an exhilarating tour of the amazing coastline on the Ilfracombe Sea Safari or on the Hampshire Rose, a former RNLI Lifeboat.
Ilfracombe is also perfectly situated to the enjoy the countless other North Devon attractions, countryside and fabulous scenery. Exmoor National Park, just 11 miles away, and Lynton and Lynmouth, 19 miles to the east with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs and amazing funicular cliff railway which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world! There are several world class and award-winning beaches such as Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! – all of which are famous for their surfing qualities, vast stretches of sand and some great dunes. Once you have enjoyed a day out but don’t fancy cooking, then the town offers several good quality and popular restaurants to try out, many of which are regularly visited by locals from all over North Devon for their tasty local and ethnic fayre.

Arlington Court and Arlington Court are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Marwood Hill Gardens and Funder Zone are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing and other activities like golfing.
