The Granary
The Granary is a 2 bedroom curtilage listed cottage which has been recently renovated and is presented to a very high standard, sleeping up to 6 people in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The Granary is situated in a quiet secluded spot right in the centre of Croyde village. It is just a 3-minute walk from the centre of Croyde and a 10-minute walk along footpaths through fields and sand dunes to the beach and coastal path.
The Granary is part of a collection of 3 properties that we have together, all enclosed within our Grade II listed stone walled gardens, situated at the end of a private driveway in the centre of Croyde. Offering a secluded, tranquil location with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, but yet only a few minutes walk to Croyde's amenities. Each of our properties has parking for two cars within our private courtyard parking.
The Granary has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people (1 double bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge).
The master bedroom is a large light and airy space with a balcony looking over our private meadow for guest use to the fields beyond. There is a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and draws.
The spacious second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe with draws and views towards the hills beyond.
The lounge has a double sofa bed sleeping two people.
The Granary has two modern shower rooms both with power showers.
Downstairs there is a large light and spacious living, dining and kitchen space.
The kitchen area includes: cooker and gas hob, quartz work tops, refrigerator with freezer box, microwave, toaster, kettle. and all kitchen utensils that a good cook would require. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility area.
The comfortable living area includes comfortable new sofa bed, dining area for 6 people, solid oak flooring, central heating, a SMART TV and bookcase full of books.
The Granary has a balcony with lovely views across the Devon hills and external patio area to the side of the cottage with a dining area for six people with Webber BBQ and a private meadow for guest use.
All bed linen, bath, hand and tea towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels (not supplied with the cottage). We supply a starter pack of dishwasher and washing machine tablets.
The property has WiFi throughout and has a SMART TV.
