Rugged Dartmoor is just four miles away and the popular tourist destinations from the South coast to the unspoilt villages around the North Devon coastline are all easily accessible. A 30 minute drive takes you to the city of Exeter with its picturesque cathedral and is a must see when coming to this part of the world, with its cobbled streets and array of shops and restaurants. Other attractions within easy reach are RHS Rosemoor for aspiring gardeners, the well known Tarka Trail and Granite Way, great for those wishing to take long walks or cycle rides, Crealy Devon, numerous National Trust properties, as well as the well known fishing lakes at 'Spires' which are under a mile. Enter the property from the courtyard and you are met by a delightful kitchen/diner which is very well equipped and is perfect to try out some new recipes or cook some old family favourites. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer and leads to a dining area from where you can walk out onto a patio. The lounge has exposed beams, a wood burner set in a feature fireplace and double doors that lead out into the garden. Here you can relax and enjoy watching your favourite programme on the TV or take time to enjoy a DVD. Also downstairs is a useful shower room with WC. Venturing upstairs you will find the four bedrooms all with views over the garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room with WC. A further double bedroom and two single rooms share a bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC. Venturing outside you will find yourself in your private garden, a perfect place to enjoy some outside dining with patio, garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. You are welcome to roam throughout the 10 acres of gardens,enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn and there is plenty of room for children and dogs to play. Ample off road parking is available in front of the property.
