The rear door to the kitchen joins up with the small courtyard off the dining room. Stairs lead down from the kitchen to a low ceiling Aladdin's cave, currently equipped as a basement games lounge. A Strikeworth multi games table offers pool, table football and air hockey, plus a large TV and DVD provide further entertainment. Heading up to the first floor, which is split level, there are three bedrooms the master bedroom with stunning sea views across to Appledore is accessed via the en suite bathroom with freestanding bath and walk in shower and has a super king bed and TV, a twin bedroom with a view of the beach and sea plus, on the lower level, a double bedroom with en suite shower room and underfloor heating. Also on this level is a third shower room also with under floor heating and a separate WC. Stepping outside in to the small courtyard, you can fire up the BBQ and relax at the end of an enjoyable day in the privacy of the enclosed and furnished patio area, with doors in to the kitchen and dining rooms a wonderful morning sun trap. Roadside parking is available, time restricted in July and August only, or you can use the pay and display car parks nearby.
