This charming lodge is perfect for exploring the area and it situated on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. As well as spectacular walking routes, further afield you can visit local attractions including Meldon Reservoir and viaduct, Lydford Gorge and the stunning Bluebell Woods. The town of Okehampton is a 10 minute drive away and offers a variety of shops and restaurants. The City of Exeter is 30 minutes away, a vibrant, modern city with a historical past. You will pass the sunken hot tub as you enter the lodge. From this decked area you are met by a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can snuggle up on the cuddle chair and watch TV which is a 4k Smart TV. The property is well equipped if you decide to stay in and cook a meal with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer or you can visit the pub/restaurant located conveniently on site. The double bedroom can be found at the end of the corridor boasting ample storage facilities, with en suite shower room and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are both twin rooms and there is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Venturing outside from the two sets of double doors from the lounge you will find an enclosed decked area with garden furniture, perfect for outside dining and access to the sunken private hot tub which features soft lighting and iPod dock and speakers.
