The living areas in this single-storey accommodation consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas Range cooker with electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine chiller, coffee maker, gas fire, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a private, rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, and a barbecue stand, adjoining off-road parking for two cars, additional parking on-site, and an EV charging point on-site. Within 4.7 miles, you will find a farm shop and bar. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. Meadow Lodge is a wonderful base for a luxury break to Devon. Town: Lifton is a small village in the upper Tamar Valley, close to Launceston and the passing A30 road into Cornwall. This pretty community, once sitting astride the old A30 London to Penzance trunk road, is blessed with a village shop and post office, a superb pub and 3 top quality restaurants. At the far end of the village is an award winning farm shop/pick-your-own complex with a good bakery and on-site restaurant. Well placed for visiting anywhere in the South West, Dartmoor is 20 minutes away by car, Bodmin Moor is also 30 minutes and all of the major beaches and Cornish holiday attractions can be reached in under 45 minutes.
Located in Lifton, this lodge is in a rural area and on a lake. Kelly House and Launceston Steam Railway are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre and Trethorne Leisure Park. Dragon Archery Centre and Country Cheeses are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
