22 The Salcombe is situated in the heart of Salcombe, in a highly sought-after central waterside location. The apartment sleeps seven people in four bedrooms with one en suite shower room and a family bathroom. There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. Spacious balcony with outdoor table and chairs, seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool, communal gardens, secure parking and a mooring. 22 The Salcombe is a smashing home for couples or family groups to enjoy a South Devon break.

There is a communal laundry room situated in the building for guests use.
Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens.
Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon.
Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe.
All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided – guests need to bring there own tea towels, beach towels and oven gloves. Strictly No Smoking

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

Salcombe to Bolt Head Walk and Bigbury Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Salcombe Maritime Museum and Sea N Shore. Overbecks Museum and Garden and Slapton Ley Field Centre are also worth visiting.
