From the dining area, large sliding doors provide easy access out to the patio, lawn and woods for al fresco dining. Just off the kitchen is a versatile utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Heading back through the property, the bedrooms consist of one master bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite shower room with WC. Two other bedrooms have super king size zip and link beds (which can be made into a twin on request) and there's a bunk bedroom and separate WC here too. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a shower over the bath and WC. There is a door leading from the hallway that leads to the games room with a table tennis table, air hockey and pool table and also allows for secure storage of bikes, surfboards etc. There s also a basketball hoop on the tarmac drive. Venture outside and located to the rear of the property is a gorgeous patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and private hot tub. Enjoy views towards the wooded area where hammocks are hung between the trees and in the clearing, you can watch the wildlife, take in the countryside views and experience the outdoor life. An ideal place to return to after a day s adventures. Private off road parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
