For a different experience of the sea, there are a number of boat trips which depart from the town harbour in Bideford or Ilfracombe, including the wonderful trip out to the breath taking island of Lundy. Guests will begin to relax and unwind, as soon as they take the turning up the private drive and through the gates to this five star detached property. The inverted layout means that the property s four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The stunning and spacious master kingsize room, is a lovely restful space, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking one of the property s pretty courtyards. This room benefits from an en suite shower room with WC, allowing guests a leisurely start to the day. There is one more kingsize bedroom, as well as a twin room, and a bunk bedroom, all of which have a relaxing feel and have attractive exposed beamed ceilings and access out to an enclosed patio area. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and offers a shower over bath and WC. Upstairs, guests will find the impressive lounge with its vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, and huge fireplace which houses the warming woodburner. A mix of low level windows and skylights flood this room with light, making it a wonderfully welcoming space, where guests can sit back and relax on the deep sofas whilst watching the TV with netflix. Five steps lead from the lounge to the kitchen/diner, a spacious room with a large dining table, which is well equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in a separate utility room. Outside, the property enjoys a choice of beautiful outdoor spaces, including a large walled garden which is mainly set to lawn, providing plenty of space for playing games. There are also two separate courtyard gardens where guests can take advantage of the garden furniture and the provided BBQ, to truly relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings. There is ample off road parking provided.
