The upside down layout of this property means that the main living area, comprising of a lounge/diner and separate kitchen/diner, is located on the first floor. The spacious lounge diner has a beamed ceiling and some attractive exposed brickwork, which add to the authentic feel of the property. The comfortable seating in the lounge area, allows guests to relax and enjoy the TV/DVD, whilst a separate snug room, located on a mezzanine floor, offers a range of books and games. The kitchen has a second dining table, which makes it a great place to enjoy informal meals, or sit together over coffee. This room is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. Downstairs, there are four tasteful bedrooms, three of these are double rooms, two of which benefit from doors leading outside. The fourth bedroom is a twin room, which also has outside access, and benefits from an en suite shower with WC. The property s bathroom offers a bath, separate shower, and WC. Finally, there is a spacious games room, with a smart TV, fridge, pool table, and a selection of toys and games. Outside, there is an enclosed shingled garden to the rear of the property, where guests will find the private hot tub. Meanwhile, to the front of the property, there is an enclosed decked area with seating and a BBQ. Guests are also able to enjoy the owner s farm, including several activities which may appeal particularly to younger guests, including tractor rides, and meeting the resident animals. There is ample off road parking available on the farm.
