Set in the heart of the Devon countryside, surrounded by woodland, lakes and wetlands. Visit the unique fishing village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets and quaint harbour, or the seaside town of Bude which is a short drive away. Alternatively take a trip on the Oldenburg to the wild and rugged island of Lundy. The pretty coastal villages of Appledore and Instow are also well worth a visit and offer a variety of fish restaurants, bars and delicatessens. Other attractions such as Hartland Abbey and Hartland Quay, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep Adventure Park, Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor are also within easy reach. Head up three steps or the ramp to this lakeside lodge and through the door leading into the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. After a busy day, relax in the lounge area with comfortable seating whilst watching your favourite programme on the TV. Continue through the lodge to the four bedrooms: two doubles and two twin rooms, one of each has lovely views over the lake. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and WC and a shower room with WC. On a warm summer s evening head out through the double doors onto the large balcony which wraps around the lodge. An ideal setting for al fresco dining, or watching the sun set over this stunning lake.
