Flat 11 is situated on the second floor (accessed via stairs) in a popular block just opposite Mid Way Path which leads to a stunning stretch of coastline. The apartment is also within easy walking distance to the local amenities of the peninsula including yacht clubs, Rick Stein's restaurant, watersports, and bistros.

No. 11 accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms. The apartment has a lovely lounge with a dining area and a sunny balcony to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or a G&T after a long day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and separate washer and dryer.

The master bedroom overlooks the communal gardens to the front of the block and also boasts those lovely sea glimpses, a reminder of how close you are to the beach. The master also has a newly fitted ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room that overlooks the rear of the property which is planted with pines and palms. There is also a newly fitted family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
