The property has its own drive with parking for two cars, as well as a boat store to keep bikes and outdoor equipment in, so make sure you arrive ready for an adventure or three! 

The ground floor of the house blends modern furnishings with bright open-plan spaces, creating a sociable atmosphere for your whole group. The large kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast bar and big dining table where you can all gather together at mealtimes, sharing laughter and conversation over home cooked food. The lounge side of this open-plan space hints to a more cosy, intimate ambience, with deep, squishy sofas, a wood burner and pops of rich colors standing out against the white walls. 
Upstairs, the modern aesthetic continues, with four elegant bedrooms offering plenty of space for eight guests. There are two en-suite double bedrooms, both benefitting from luxurious king-size beds, as well as two twin rooms, one with extra-long bunk beds and one with a double bed and high sleeper bunk. A family bathroom completes the upper floor, offering refreshing respite after a day of outdoor adventures.   
There is a small garden and decking area accessed by elegant bi-fold doors that lead out from the living space. Equipped with another large dining table, you can sit back and relax as the charcoal barbecue fires up you watch your family enjoying a game of giant jenga or quoits, whilst taking in the views of the pond and heathland beyond.
Stretching out far beyond the garden and house, the entire Lakeside Estate and its surrounding area are a celebration of nature, with woodlands, heathlands and rolling countryside creating vibrant habitats for beautiful wildlife. Pathways lead around the lake, to other trails, playgrounds and even a zip wire, with endless activities and spaces for you and your group can enjoy. 

The dramatic Jurassic coastline plays protector to the wild heathlands and rolling dales of beautiful Dorset. Formerly the site of RAF Warmwell, the Estate boasts a rich history, offering a breath-taking space combining unspoilt nature, beautiful wildlife, and modern luxuries, so you can leave all worries behind, settling in for a holiday of complete relaxation.

Lowland heathland is one of Britain’s most important habitats for wildlife conservation. The outer Heath is a SNCI (Site of Nature Conservation Interest) and it supports an unbelievable range of plants, birds, insects and mammals making it a remarkable place for wildlife spotting. The Estates traditional handmade yurt offers the perfect spot for a lazy afternoon, with an outdoor woodfired pizza oven which is often fired up by expert chefs to provide the tastiest authentic woodfired pizza using the freshest local ingredients.
