The seaside town of Aberystwyth is just a few miles away, and offers a beautiful beach, pier and funicular railway as well as a choice of other facilities including places to eat and drink. Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest is just eight miles away and has an excellent visitor centre and is ideal for woodland walks, spectacular views and a Red Kite feeding centre. There are stunning beaches just ten miles away, or you can see remnants of the submerged forest at Borth. On entering this charming single level cottage, which has been thoughtfully converted from a former cattle shed, you will find yourself in the attractive and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With traditional exposed beams, the pretty lounge area offers TV and DVD, and you will find an ideally situated dining area. Moving over to the kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer. Exploring this delightful property further, you will find two cosy double bedrooms, each with TV. There is one en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC and one further bathroom, also with shower over the bath and WC. Stepping outside, you can sit back and relax in the enclosed garden with lawn and patio area with seating, which leads down into grounds which are shared with the other properties on site and where you can find a children s play area. You will also have access to your own private hot tub.
