One of two properties in an idyllic location near Tregaron, this old market town boasts a Gastro pub, shops, Red Kite Centre and is steeped in history with Roman roads used by 18th century drovers, relic forts and standing stones. Head west to the larger university town of Lampeter with its restaurants, organic shops and Welsh quilt centre. Visit one of the many events from the horse fair to the food festival, explore Dolaucothi Gold Mines, and the pretty coastal town of Aberaeron. The Cambrian Mountains and Ceredigion Coastal Path offer excellent scenic walking, a plethora of places to visit, attractions to see and activities to enjoy, making this an all year round destination. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Head up the stone steps, by the side of the trickling stream and enter the property into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area has all the equipment you need to prepare a tasty meal with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Gather round the dining table and plan your activities, or snuggle up on the sofa and watch a film on the Smart TV. After a full day out retire to one of the bedrooms with soft towels and linen, choose from the king size zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en suite shower room and WC or the king size bedroom also en suite with shower room and WC. The property has been thoughtfully and tastefully furnished and is a real pleasure to holiday in. Heading outside, in the enclosed garden enjoy al fresco dining on the paved patio with table, chairs and light up the charcoal BBQ. Take a stroll around the four acres of grounds and enjoy the established gardens, woodland, wildlife pond, stream, chickens and cats. You will be able to enjoy a spot of stargazing and on a clear night you may be able to see the Milky Way. There is ample parking at the property.
