This attractive, semi-detached cottage, apposite the owner's home, is surrounded by tranquil countryside, on the outskirts of Llanybydder in West Wales. Garden View is a wonderful, contemporary property for a couple or small family looking for a Welsh rural retreat. Step into the property to be greeted by a well thought out, open-plan living room, which makes the most of the space, with lovely dark wood flooring and a neutral colour scheme with splashes of grey and mustard. The sitting room offers a corner sofa that the whole group can relax on while enjoying the view of the garden from the patio door or being entertained by something on the TV, while the dining table can comfortably seat the whole group and you can enjoy delicious meals together, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.
