There is an island breakfast bar providing a space to dine or socialise as a family while cooking. There is also a TV above the dining area which can keep the chef of the group entertained whilst preparing delicious meals. Completing the kitchen/diner are French doors leading out to the garden. Completing the first floor is the convenient utility room with a washing machine and WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms plus an additional games room. There are two king size rooms, one with a TV. Both rooms have been provided with excellent storage for clothes and belongings. The third room has been utilised as a games room with a two seater sofa bed. The sofa bed can be used as additional sleeping space on request. The contemporary family bathroom consists of a bath with shower attachment, freestanding shower, sink and WC. Externally, the accommodation benefits from an enclosed rear garden laid to patio and lawn. There is outdoor dining furniture and a fire pit with a grill should you wish to cook and dine alfresco or enjoy a drink in the sun. It is fully enclosed so dogs and small children are perfectly safe to play with. There is driveway parking to the front of the property for up to three cars.
