Historic Mill Bay, the landing place of Henry Tudor, offers a sandy beach and rock pools and is a short walk. Dale, just two miles, is a delightful spot with boating, kayaking, shops and restaurants to enjoy. The market town of Haverfordwest is 12 miles and the UKs smallest city St Davids, with beautiful cathedral, is well worth a visit and just 15 miles away. Pembrokeshire is blessed with super beaches to enjoy nearby such as West Dale two miles, Marloes three miles and Broad Haven eight miles. Entering into the hallway, there is a well appointed lounge to your right with comfortable sofas, TV/DVD with Netflix and a cosy wood burner, with a basket of logs to get you started. Back through the hallway to the contemporary dining room, with open fire and door to the kitchen, this stylish space has views straight out to sea and has electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with ice compartment. There is a doorway to the ground floor family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs, there are three good sized bedrooms all with sea views, the master is a king size with en suite bathroom and WC. There is also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that have both been tastefully finished. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with a built in barbecue. The first area is a raised patio with steps down to lower patio, fenced and gated and enjoying stunning sea views. There is access to utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and handy storage area for bicycles. There is private off road parking for three cars to the fore of the property.
