On the ground floor level, accessed via the garden, you will find a heated utility room with a washing machine and ample storage space for beach equipment. (Regret no children under 10 years old). To the rear of the property is a good sized garden laid to patio and gravel. It offers ample space to relax in the sunshine and a seating area to dine alfresco should you wish. Why not relax on the glass balcony to the front of the property with lovely sea views to sit and watch the world go by. There are 2 designated parking spaces to the rear of the property. Additional parking, should it be required, is available in a public car park just 200 yards away.
