On a small complex of converted barns, this property is approached via a lane that leads to the foreshore of the idyllic Cleddau estuary with a slipway for boating enthusiasts. Spot the wide variety of birds and coastal wildlife, or walk the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path that runs over common ground nearby. Pembroke with its Norman castle is also close, and it has a good range of shops and tea rooms. For beach lovers, visit one of the many sandy beaches that are within a 15 minute drive, such as West Angle Bay, Broad Haven South and Freshwater East, or head to the seaside resorts of Tenby or Saundersfoot. The barn is arranged over two floors, with traditional stone external stairs. On the ground floor are the four bedrooms: two doubles one with an en suite with a shower over the bath and WC and two twins. There are also two further shower rooms with showers and WCs. On the first floor, the lounge makes the most of the breath taking views. Take it all in in front of the electric fire, or unwind in front of the TV or DVD. The spacious kitchen/diner is also on the first floor, and comes fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a large dining table where the whole family or group can enjoy an evening meal. Heading outside you ll find a rear enclosed private patio, while at the front of the property there s a shared open lawn that overlooks the water.
