This apartment is situated on Harbour Beach in Tenby, in the much photographed 'Blue House'. The property's fantastic location offers direct access to the beach as well as the cafes and food stalls on the harbour. The walled town with all its bars, restaurants and shops can be reached in just 150 yards and you can be on Castle Beach within the same distance. Boat trips run from the harbour throughout the main season to Caldey Island if you'd like a change of scene, or you could join a fishing trip with a local fisherman and bring home your own 'catch of the day . The apartment is accessed along the beachfront, through a private gate and up a set of external stairs to the first floor. When you enter this single storey apartment, you are welcomed into an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge space enjoys uninterrupted views over Harbour Beach and beyond over the town's pretty, pastel beachfront terraces. There is a comfortable L shaped sofa with an additional armchair to relax in after a day of exploring. Gather the family and enjoy your favourite shows or movies on the Smart TV. The apartment has central heating throughout plus a gas wood burner effect fireplace in the lounge for cooler evenings. The kitchen has been equipped with an induction hob and electric oven/microwave combi, dishwasher and under counter fridge why not prepare a hearty breakfast to start your day or a light supper on your return? The breakfast bar has seating for four and creates a social dining space to enjoy with your family or friends. Just off the main living area, you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, built in wardrobe space and views out over the harbour. The second bedroom offers a small double bed plus storage for clothes and luggage. The shower room is conveniently set between the two bedrooms and benefits from a shower and WC. Externally, there is a small terrace complete with a bistro table overlooking the beach a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day and watch the sun set over the sea. There is limited outside space, however, you do have direct access to Harbour Beach. The smallest of Tenby's four beaches, it remains popular due to its fantastic views and proximity to the town centre. There is no allocated parking provided but the nearest public car park is under 0.5 miles (subject to availability and local charges apply).
