The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner benefits from a floor to ceiling window, which perfectly frames the view of the beautiful fishing lakes and beyond. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and preparing meals, with a dining table where you can all eat together. There is also a shower room on the first floor with WC. Outside, there is a shared patio area to the rear of the property with garden bench, together with shared grounds to stroll around by the beautiful fishing lakes. There is complementary fishing available, including carp, crucian and match lakes, plus river fishing. There is also a tackle shop on site where you can purchase any equipment needed. Please observe social distancing guidelines whilst using shared grounds. The laundry facility will be open but only one person to use them at a time, and sanitiser spray and wipes will be provided.
