Take a steam train ride on the Vale of Rheidol Railway. With events and festivals along Cardigan Bay, attractions to visit such as the National Trust Llanerchaeron and activities from water sports to cycling, boat trips to walking the famous Dylan Thomas Trail. Explore the Wales Coastal Path or devour the local Taste Trail. This is the perfect location to explore the coast, countryside and culture of Ceredigion. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). The front door opens into the welcoming open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. If you decide to eat in, this beautiful kitchen is well equipped to rustle up a meal with all the thoughtful little extras alongside the electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Whilst you are in the kitchen let the sunshine in and open the patio doors on to the garden. The central island is a lovely social space for all to gather round whilst getting creative with your local purchases. The dining table is the perfect setting under the feature glass ceiling to enjoy a meal together whilst you plan your holiday activities. After dining retire to the cosy lounge with comfy sofas, feature fireplace with wood burner and the large Smart TV. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. After a full day out, head upstairs to the first floor. Both the bedrooms have Smart TVs, choose from the king size with balcony, sea views and an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. The other bedroom is the gorgeous super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en suite shower room with shower and WC. This is a lovely house to holiday in with so much on your doorstep. Heading outside you will find the enclosed garden with feature planting and lighting. The hot tub takes centre stage to relax and unwind in this coastal themed garden. The dining area has a hand crafted table and seating which is perfect for alfresco dining, there is also a quirky covered area with further seating. If you are keen on cycling and canoeing and bringing yours with you, there is a cycle rack and space to store your canoe or paddle board. There is roadside parking, nearby, subject to availability.
