Beset with beautiful landscape views and wildlife including the beautiful red kites, photographers will be delighted by the location of this property and it is famous for its dark skies. Mountain bike options include the Coed Trallwm Mountain Bike and Visitor Centre (13 miles) among many others. The nearby villages offer a Land Rover course, clay pigeon shooting and Llanwrtyd Wells, a 5 mile drive, holds such events as the Man Versus Horse race and even bog snorkelling. The property can be one large space sleeping 8 or shut interlocking door in middle to sleep 4 each side. Downstairs there is a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner areas. The lounge has comfortable sofas to sit on whilst watching the TV/DVD, along with a warming open fire on each side perfect for cosy nights in watching your favourite programmes. The dining area has benefits from outstanding countryside views to enjoy over a delicious meal, rustled up with the local ingredients you have purchased on your travels. There are two kitchen areas which are equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm with an electric ovens and hobs, microwaves, fridges, toasters, and dishwashers. There are two utility rooms leading off the kitchens with freezers and washing machines. Adjacent to the utility rooms are two separate WC and two bathrooms with a shower over the bath and wash hand basin. Heading up to the first floor each side, you will find a double room and a twin room, perfect to rest your head after a busy day exploring. Outside, the enclosed private garden has a lawn and gravel area embracing the uninterrupted views and surrounding countryside with a garden table and chairs to sit and relax whilst planning the next day s activities. There is also parking at the front of the property. Please note this property has a private water supply.
