The property benefits from an elevated position in the centre of New Quay looking over the town, the harbour and out to sea. New Quay is a popular destination due its beautiful beaches, bustling town centre and iconic harbour. Take a boat trip out into Cardigan Bay where you may spot dolphins and seals, or stick to dry land and feast on some fish and chips. If a day at the beach is your thing, you will be truly spoiled for choice with New Quay's beaches. Head north from New Quay and Aberaeron can be reached in just 7.5 miles by car, or if you enjoy walking the coastal path, take the route south from New Quay to Llangrannog (8 miles), soaking in the breath taking views over the bay as you go. As you enter the hallway of the property, you will find the fantastic lounge space to the left with large, comfortable sofas centred around the TV. There are sea views to the front and French doors to the rear leading out to the pretty courtyard in the garden. On the opposite side of the hallway is the open plan kitchen/diner. There is a dining table for eight plus a comfortable sofa nestled in the bay window to take in the sea views. A wood burner can also be found in the dining area creating a cosy ambience on cooler evenings. The kitchen has been equipped with an electric AGA range oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine and, as part of the open plan kitchen/diner, provides a great entertaining space for family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen is a shower room with a shower and WC. On the first floor, there are four well proportioned bedrooms, one king size room with an en suite shower room with WC, a double room, a king zip and link size bedroom (can be made up as a twin zip and link on request) and a bunk bedroom. All rooms are light and airy with most benefiting from sea views. Wake up and take in the view over New Quay and out to Cardigan Bay. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom with a bath and WC. Outside, there is a small courtyard garden with seating plus a further patio area up some external steps. Claremont is located on a quiet through road and roadside parking is subject to availability. There is also a public car park 350 yards away (subject to availability).
