Set just half a mile outside the coastal village of Saundersfoot, you are ideally located to experience all that this area has to offer. Head towards Tenby, also a popular destination, renowned for its harbour, beaches and cobbled streets as well as a vibrant cafe culture throughout the summer months. Heading inland there are a choice of attractions to choose from, including Manor Wildlife Park with children s play area and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo. If you re looking to spend a day walking or cycling head to National Trust s Colby Woodland Garden, or a little further afield is the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Enter the property through the front door and into the hallway, to your right you will find the ground floor separate WC. Head into the lounge with high ceilings and exposed beams, surrounded by windows with views over the garden, and patio doors to the garden. This is the perfect spot to relax in front of the wood burner with something good on the TV. Heading back to the hall, and up two steps you will find the spacious well equipped kitchen/diner, a great social space to prepare a meal for everyone, with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and TV. You can then enjoy the resulting meal around the dining table with room for everyone. You can also access the boot room from here. Completing the ground floor is the first of the bedrooms, a double. Heading up to the first floor, you will find yourself on the bright and airy landing. Here you will find the further bedrooms, to the right is the master bedroom, a double with en suite shower room and WC, and to the left is a further double. You will also find the bathroom with bath tub and WC. Completing the first floor is the twin bedroom, with a mezzanine level accessed via paddle steps, housing another set of twin beds. Please note the mezzanine level has restricted head height, and to take care on the paddle steps. Heading outside the property you will find a grass area and patio area with seating, the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining through the warmer months. There is off road parking for four cars.
