The townhouse is located on a quiet side street just 160 metres from the esplanade and walkway onto Tenby South Beach. There is a bar and restaurant on the beachfront and a large expanse of golden sand. A stroll along South Beach will bring you onto Castle Beach. Castle Beach links up with the town's famous harbour and walled town centre where you'll find plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from, plus a good selection of both high street and independent shops. As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a generously sized, tiled hallway with a grand Victorian staircase. There are two lounge areas that have been merged into one open plan living space leading onto the kitchen/diner. The lounge has a selection of sofas and tub chairs for guests to relax in. There is also a Smart TV and electric fire. Through to the kitchen/diner, there is a dining table for ten plus a contemporary kitchen kitted out with essential cookware and crockery. At the back end of the house, through the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine. Head upstairs to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second is a twin room. Heading up to the second floor, there is a convenient cloakroom on the half landing. Up on to the second floor you will find a further two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from super king size beds (which can be made up as twins upon request). Externally there is a small, enclosed terrace with decking. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun or store your beach equipment ready for the next day
