Second Floor:

A real hidden gem right on the very edge of Scotland’s capital city. This fabulous duplex apartment has accommodation over two floors which provide the perfect accommodation for a couple looking to have a relaxing time with the attraction of a city just minutes away. The peaceful riverside location would be suited to a Sunday evening TV show as it’s just stunning. On the right day the calm waters of the River Almond are like a pond, the water is so still and the area is famed for both walking and cycling.
Internally the apartment has some lovely features in what will prove to be a charming "home away from home". Accessed from the front, via stairs to the first floor, the apartment welcomes you with a lovely open plan living space with a table and chairs for dining to a slightly elevated kitchen. Fitted with a washing machine for dealing with the aftermath of those adventure days, there is everything you’ll need to prepare and enjoy meals or even pop a pod in the Nespresso machine and enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the wildlife on the river. Upstairs the bedroom has a beautiful view and will likely give a great nights rest. Outside there is an enclosed garden at the rear of the building, although it’s likely you’ll spend time wandering along the riverside walks more often than not. Located on the edge of the city, you can explore some of the worlds most famous landmarks including Edinburgh Castle. Beach 2 miles.
Please note: No children.
