Entering into this gorgeous property, lovingly converted by the owners, you will find the spacious, bespoke kitchen/ dining/living area perfect for socialising! The fully equipped kitchen features electric range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, fridge and freezer. The large solid oak table can seat up to 12 guests and the cosy lounge area features leather sofas, an electric stove with flame effect and TV. Leading off the kitchen is a king size bedroom with a mid west ranch feel, a sumptuous freestanding bath and a separate ensuite bathroom with saloon style doors crafted from reclaimed 300 year old gate posts. Up the fabulous hand crafted staircase to another luxurious king size with freestanding bath to indulge in some serious 'me time'. Along the corridor is the third twin bedroom which can also be made up as super king on request. In the corner of this room is a shower room and separate w/c. Heading outside there is a small courtyard with patio furniture and the small children's playground is 2 minutes down the lane.
