Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there is an abundance of walks on the doorstep, along with several nearby villages and towns offering traditional English pub lunches. The popular spa town of Tunbridge Wells is nearby, which boasts a wide range of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Leave your coats and boots in the entrance hall and continue through to the main living area. This spacious and bright area features a terracotta tiled floor, high ceiling, spot lighting and French windows opening to the garden. In the kitchen you will find a single oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with ice compartment. Dine at the handmade oval table overlooking the fields outside before retreating to the cosy sitting area for the rest of the evening. Here there are two comfortable sofas and an armchair, perfect for unwinding in front of the cosy wood burner. In the built in cupboards you will find a selection of books, DVDs, games and TV/DVD player to make use of throughout your stay. There is a twin bedroom with built in cupboards, mirrors and an en suite wet room with shower and WC, plus a bedroom with king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Two steps down from the hall, is the spacious master suite which has a king size bed, with a comfortable sofa, TV, en suite shower with large shower cubicle and WC, and French windows opening out to a private patio area overlooking the fields. Outside on the large brick paved patio area there is a round cafe style table to seat six. Here you can enjoy summer BBQs and morning coffees overlooking the stunning fields and woodland beyond.
