Being a good 7 iron from the 18th green of the world famous Old Course and R&A Clubhouse, you will be able to truly immerse yourself in the Home of Golf!
This apartment on The Scores boasts stunning sea views and can sleep 4 adults comfortably across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and living room make the most of the stunning views along the West Sands beach.

The property has an entrance on the ground floor, leading up one level to the apartment.
Entrance hallway leading to spacious living room area with stunning sea views, comfortable sofas and perfectly positioned arm chairs in the bay windows to relax and take in the view and enjoy a wee dram. Fully equipped compact kitchen with integrated appliances and dining table and chairs. Back ensuite bedroom offering the option of a twin or a double bed. There is plenty of storage. The front bedroom also offers the option of a twin or double bed and enjoys spectacular views of the sea and R&A Clubhouse from the comfort of your bed. There is an ensuite shower room.
The Neighbourhood:
St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.
Getting Around:
Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.
Pre Arrival:
When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.
Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival.
During Your Stay:
We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay.

BED CONFIGURATION
The default bed configuration is 1 x king & 2 x singles, but the options available are 2 x kings or 4 x singles.This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option.
The property has a DELONGHI Nespresso coffee machine which we provide one coffee pod per guest.

This apartment is located in St. Andrews. Swilken Bridge and Hill of Tarvit are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Lundin Golf Club and Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews. British Golf Museum and St. Andrews Aquarium are also worth visiting.
