The Wormit Tennis Club is close to the property and welcomes visitors to use the courts - charges apply. The city of Dundee offers attractions such as the award winning Verdant Works Museum, which brings to life the world wide impact Dundee had as a result of the jute industry, the explorer ship Discovery which took Captain Scott and Shackleton on their first expedition to Antarctica, and the Dundee Contemporary Arts Centre ( DCA. Take a trip to the internationally renowned V and A museum which is approximately 4.2 miles from the cottage. To keep you busy whilst staying here, venture out to the picturesque town of St Andrews, where you will be able to visit the 12th century cathedral and the ruins of the 13th century caste.
