All the beds can be made up as singles which makes the house ideal for golfers, family gatherings or groups of friends wanting to explore the delights of St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife.
Set over 3 floors, this charming house comprises of a well equipped kitchen with french doors to secluded south/west facing garden, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, cloakroom and large sitting room/diner with working gas fire and 43 inch Smart HDTV. Sky Sport, Netflix, Amazon Prime all available with subscription.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with super king/twin single beds and ensuite shower room. There are two more big twin rooms on this floor and a large shower room. On the attic floor there is a super king/twin room with an ensuite bathroom comprising of a bespoke glass walk in shower, toilet, bath and underfloor heating.
All the bathrooms have large shower enclosures with power showers and heated towel rails.
Outside the sunny garden has a big terrace with table, chairs and a gas BBQ, great for alfresco dining. The garden is completely walled and fenced and the beds are filled with shrubs and roses, it's charming spot for a bit of relaxation. A small path leads through the lawn to the golf store and private parking.
The house was built in 1794 and possesses a wealth of period details. The refurbishment was completed in January 2019 and while the interior decoration has been finished to a very high standard with lovely comfortable beds, contemporary bathrooms and luxurious soft furnishings the house still manages to retain much of it's original charm and character.
Beds: The house is setup as two superking beds and four single beds. If you would like a different configuration please confirm at time of booking otherwise we cannot guarantee the change.
Utilities: Bosch Fridge Freezer, Bosch 4 ring hob and single oven with combi microwave, Bosch dishwasher, washing machine and seperate tumble dryer.
Other: Hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cot and highchair can be supplied if requested.

Recycling. Guests are requested to follow recycling instructions as set out in house notes.
Parking. Strictly for ONE car with free on street parking on an adjoining street.
All guests will be responsible for any damage occurring during their stay.
Located in St. Andrews, this vacation home is in the city center and by the sea. Swilken Bridge and Hill of Tarvit are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include British Golf Museum and St. Andrews Aquarium. Cambo Estate Gardens and La Petite Epicerie are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
