This area has so much to offer and explore with many historic towns including Ludlow, Leominster and Hereford, along with Hay on Wye with its abundance of book shops and its world famous literary festival. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). This beautiful cottage dating back to the 1700's has been lovingly furnished and is full of interesting period features. The door opens into a spacious hallway with a large coat cupboard and a separate ground floor WC, to the right is the sitting room with a cosy wood burner and traditional furnishings, the TV and DVD are located in this room perfect for cosy nights in. Through to the second lounge with French doors to the well manicured gardens, perfect to throw wide open on a summers evening and take in those fabulous views. The kitchen is the heart of the cottage and has all the equipment you could need including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, to rustle up a meal to serve in your very own grand dining room with its large antique table. A utility/boot room is at the far end of the hall with a washing machine and tumble dryer, entering out to the large private parking area. Stairs to the first floor go up from the breakfast room in the centre of the cottage, and opens out to a large landing with three bedrooms, a spacious twin with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. A master suite with a double bed, a separate dressing room and a very spacious en suite bathroom with shower over bath. and WC. The third bedroom is a double and has access to the bathroom directly across the landing which has a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside the cottage is surrounded by beautiful gardens with lawns and pretty borders and a patio with garden furniture, there is parking for four cars and a stunning wildlife pond, please note that this is not fenced and children must be supervised at all times.
