Also host to a full calendar of events, celebrations and festivals to include the world famous Medieval Festival, popular Food & Drink Festival and Mop Fair. Further afield you can explore the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, The Malvern Hills and Three Counties Show Ground. Take some time to enjoy the views across the River Avon before you step back in time, this grade II listed cottage forms part of a terrace of pretty black and white cottages fronted with cobbled pathways and seasonal window boxes. Step inside, the living space is open plan with many original features complemented with homely touches. A perfect bolt hole for couples with the ground floor offering a cosy space for relaxing in front of the TV/DVD, a beautiful Art Nouveau range with open fire set within an exposed red brick chimney breast will keep you warm when the nights draw in. The kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment and a table and chairs are set to the side for a simple supper. So, when the sun goes down there is a steep curving staircase that leads up to a double bedroom here you can enjoy views over the Severn Ham and Malvern Hills, there is an en suite bathroom with a half bath and WC (bath located in corner of bedroom). Outside there is a bench in front of the cottage where you can sit and watch the world go by. There is a parking permit available by arrangement with the owner.
