Nestled in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire is this charming, ground-floor apartment, Maple Apartment. Benefitting from amenities lying a stone's throw away, along with enjoying easy access to an array of the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty's delights, this is the perfect base for a couple's rural escape. A designated parking place greets you on arrival, before unloading your belongings in your new home-away-from-home. The lovely open-plan living space offers you everything you need at your fingertips, with the sitting area in particular being designed with relaxation in mind; with plush seating offering you a seat in front of the TV and glowing, electric fire. Turn left to go to the kitchen, a place with units fitted neatly along one wall, with an array of appliances for the chef of the pair to whip up tasty meals with. These meals can be savoured at the nearby dining table as an intimate meal for two, or you can make it a larger affair, as the table seats up to four people. Before heading to bed, freshen up any old clothing in the utility's laundry facilities and enjoy a rejuvenating soak in the shower room's spacious, walk-in shower. The super-king-size bedroom is zip/link, so it can be split into a twin to suit your arrangements; the space also offers a TV, so you can watch your favourite show whilst curled up in bed. Towards the front of the apartment, you will find an attractive garden, so you can settle down with a mug of morning coffee whilst looking out at the village's delightful high street. Simply cross the road to find the friendly pub of The Mousetrap Inn or continue down Bourton-on-the-Water's high street to find more eateries, shops and a range of activities, from walks along the River Windrush and the Birdland Park & Gardens to tours of the Cotswold Motoring Museum & Toy Collection and The Model Village. A short drive will bring you to Moreton-in-Marsh, a small market town that offers a handful of attractions, such as Welington Aviation, access to the Batsford Arboretum and Garden Centre, as well as access to Bourton House Garden. Slightly further afield lies the bustling town of Cheltenham, home to the renowned Cheltenham Racecourse, Sandford Parks Lido, The Wilson Art Gallery, along with many more attractions, eateries and streets lined with stunning architecture. There is so much more waiting to be discovered in the wider area, from the cities of Gloucester and Oxford, to the picture-postcard towns of Chipping Norton and Stow-on-the-Wold. A romantic getaway to remember awaits at Maple Apartment.
