Step out of the cold and back in time, this charming cottage is simply brimming with character and finished with a contemporary twist. Leave your boots by the door and step into the open plan lounge/diner, finished with soft colours, exposed beams and original stone fireplace fitted with a wood burner, where you can sink into the sofa and relax after a day exploring, whilst watching the TV. A dining table and chairs is set by the window where you can enjoy a wonderful supper. The kitchen is to the rear of the cottage, accessed up a couple of steps, finished with light colours and is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. A latch door within the lounge gives access to the cottage stairs leading to the first floor, where you will find a double bedroom with shuttered windows and beautiful bed linen. Completing the first floor is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Climb the cottage stairs to the second floor, home to the second bedroom, a double room with vaulted ceiling and exposed natural stone. Step outside into the enclosed garden, a table and chairs are set on the raised level of the gardens where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and al fresco dining. There is roadside parking nearby, subject to availability, parking is not permitted on the road the property is located on.
